Roberto C. Cintron, P.E.
St. Croix roots with public- and private-sector experience.
Roberto C. Cintron was born and raised on St. Croix and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 2000.
He began his career with Hartman & Associates in Orlando, later Tetra Tech, and obtained professional engineering licensure in Florida. He then returned to St. Croix, serving first as District Engineer and later as Assistant Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works.
After undertaking private surveying and engineering assignments, he founded Oasis Engineering, LLC in 2016. The firm has since served banks, attorneys, government agencies, developers and individual property owners throughout the U.S. Virgin Islands.
